The idiom "To start from the Scratch" very well applies to our Business House. Ever Since the main promoter migrated to West Bengal - Siliguri, with his father, we have been associated with transportation and businesses relating to Automobile and Wheels.

The father of Mr. Krishan K. Agarwal - The main promoter started working as a Commission and Consignee agent, where the main promoter assisted him in the same, along with continuing his studies. Having established a good repute and goodwill they further went a step ahead and ventured into fleet operation, starting with One - Secondhand Truck, with time a small fleet of 8 to 10 nos TATA Trucks was into the business.

Simultaneously with the rise in transportation business and with the need of the hour for a availability of Heavy Commercial Vehicles Replacement / Spare parts, Mr. Krishan K Agarwal, started with an Automobile Spare Parts Shop Christened as "Nirmal Auto Parts" that has now come upto the stage of being No: 1 in the Entire North Bengal Sikkim, Dooars and Bhutan Belt, including the complete Upcountry market of this region. With Authorized representation of TATA TIMKEN, TATA MOTORS, SRMT, LUCAS - TVS, RANE, PUROLATOR, BECON and Other leading spare parts manufacturers, no doubt, the counter has created a space for itself in the Automobile Trade.

The Main Promoter along with his Three Sons, who form the Board of Directors of the Entire Business, takes care of all the Existing Businesses under the aeg is of their group companies.

Moving ahead and maintaining the pace of the growth, now this Business house is a small group of private limited Companies fondly called as "KAYSONS Group". The companies namely are 1.) Kaysons Automotive Private Limited. 2.) Kaysons Infrastructure Private Limited. 3.) Kaysons Ventures Private Limited. 4.) Nirmal Auto Parts. 5.) Nirmal Raj Service Station. & 6.) Ansuiya Tie Up Private Limited. Kaysons Automotive Private Limited is ISO9001: 2000 and 14001:2004 certified company, by TUV.

The company has represented in the past leading brands of the World; General Motors, LML Ltd. Nissan Motors India & currently represents Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India Pvt Ltd, Hyundai Motors India Ltd, TATA Motors, KIA Motors India Pvt Ltd & Honda Premium Motorcycles.

The group has recently diversified into hospitality industry, with the launch of a luxury hotel & resort “The Four Vedas” in the outskirts of Siliguri.
